Mattress with an insert of pocket springs with a density of 250 springs per m² and 9 zones of hardness. On one side there is T-30 foam with a thickness of 2 centimeters, and on the other side there is latex mat with a thickness of two centimeters and two layers of T30 foam with increased hardness and a thickness of 2 centimeters, arranged alternately with two layers of coconut mat with a thickness of 10 mm each.
